Get a commercial system.  Many have SpamAssassin in as the only, or one of
the filters.

They all do different things to stop false positives, including different
levels of quarantining, turning on (or off) the ** SPAM ** tags and
facilitate moving 'suspect' spam into different folders.

Of course, SpamAssassin is open source, and are free to work on it and
modify it anyway you like, and add and maintain all these 'features' if you
like.
