Err, you sure, Matt? :) This sounds more like a question regarding
util_rb_2tld to me, since the default DNS tests include top level
domains for .com only.
reagrding geocities listing in Uribl.com
querying URibl.com for these sites would be useless unless someone
writes "the plugin."

into
