Whoever configured the server (that produced the logs you included) to reject mail based on the results from SpamAssassin.

Possibly. The answer should be in the documentation for whatever milter is in use on the server.
Telling us wich milter is used to chcek the SpamAssassin results would make it easier for anyone who knows more to answer your question.
