Little birdie just whispered that if you run sa 3.2.x, and add
util_rb_2tld googlepages.com to local.cf, it will catch the spamvertized sites on googlepages Birdie also mentioned this only works for queries against URIBL.COM have fun PS: ONLY 3.2.x - not lower!!!!
