Despite it's name, the AWL is *not* a whitelist, it's a score averaging system. The AWL is fully automated, and has nothing to do with your manual whitelisting efforts. (ie: whitelist_* commands do not affect the AWL scores). Also, a positive score doesn't always mean the AWL thinks the message is spam.
