Thanks to the recent advances in the async support (probably to be out in
3.2.4), SA could even handle a TCP-based lookup. The BPA client could even
not be necessary in order for SA to gain any advantage from MIPSpace
services. Also, platform-independence would be a further benefit returning
from an async-centric solution.

This iff MIPSpace likes to release the BPA protocol, of course...
