Are you able to install SpamAssassin on whatever machine you use, and
somehow feed SpamAssassin the messages?
If so, sure.
Your question is extremely vague and you provide absolutely no
information on your system. Windows? Dos? Linux? Macintosh?
And, again, SpamAssassin won't FILTER (ie Move messages above a score
of 5 to a SPAM folder). It will only SCORE. What you do with it
beyond that is up to you
