SpamAssassin itself doesn't control message delivery, so it cannot be told to do such things. So, what did you add these "Filter rules" to? Obviously not spamassasisn, but what piece of software are you using that handles moving stuff to your spam folder? Are you sure that filter get applied before your mail gets forwarded to your blackberry, not after?
