SpamBayes for whole site

I want configure Spamassassin 3.1.5 for Spambayes

in local.cf
bayes_path /etc/mail/spamassassin
in this directory I have bayes_seen and bayes_toks
in db is 310 spam and 220 ham
but this is not working
