I think I was not clear enough in my first message. What I'm looking for is how 
to have a detailed score for each rule for each message, even if not flaged as 
spam. I know it's possible cause I got it working in some other site. Right 
after sending my first mail here, I've foudn something in 
/usr/share/spamassassin/10_misc.cf in which I could include the TAG I'm tinking 
it fits my needs ... 
add_header all Status "_YESNO_, score=_SCORE_ required=_REQD_ tests=_TESTS(,)_ 
autolearn=_AUTOLEARN_ version=_VERSION_"

I've tried replacing _TESTS(,)_ with _TESTSSCORES(,)_ , restart spamd (I use 
svc daemon tools) but nothing changed in my log file.

I use :
SpamAssassin version 3.1.6
  running on Perl version 5.6.1
