*that* trusted host config line? Do you have one already? If you
don't, it's possible it's working fine with auto detection (although I
recommend you set it manually anyway). If you do have such a line and
it doesn't contain the IP of the MX then it's not really configured
right (although it could still work with there not being any additional
trusted relays... but I won't get into why, it's not important).

Please clarify as some time ago I some posts from Pedersen and O'Shea
talking back and forth about it a little...
Either the above config or the auto detection (no config) should work
for you. Although, with the auto config you'll end up trusting
206.63.0.0/16 which is just a little more than the /22 that it appears
you've got of that.
