Er, wait, no it doesn't. Never mind. I was misreading the headers. Clickability uses SpamAssassin. They power CNN's "Email this story" tool. I had sent myself a CNN story to a Windows Live Mail Beta address, and I read the header as being added by a Windows Live Mail Beta server.
