spamd and SQL

I am trying to integrate spamassassin and Scalix. At this point I don't see anyway of passing a username so that spamd will be able to base it's query on. It is possible to configure spamd to use the "to:" address as the username? It appears from everything that I have read, you have to pass a username during spamc.
