Well, based on your description alone it should arrive. Just hitting one rule alone, in this case DRUGS_ERECTILE_OBFU, won't tag a message as spam. There's very few rules in SA that will tag a message by themselves. Perhaps you could at least post one of the X-Spam-Status headers from one of the messages that got past that you wanted to be tagged. Better still, attach the whole spam, with headers, as a file. Feel free to obfuscate any To: or Received: headers if you need to cover up email addresses or server names in your network.
