Hi,
to fix issue #8236 I've committed to trunk a breaking fix.
On SpamAssassin 4.0.1 there is a bug related to TxRep, when saving data on a
SQL TxRep database, if there already was an entry in column email (meaning a
real
em...@example.com), the msgcount column is set to 1 in stead of adding 1 to
the value already there, this does not apply to other entries like IP's and
such.
Because of this, after updating Apache SpamAssassin to latest trunk (after
r1927052), TxRep score might increase.
To limit damages you can use the new configuration txrep_min_score and
txrep_max_score, with these options enabled TxRep will add a minimum/maximum of
num points
to final score; another option is to remove all data containing an email
address from your TxRep database.
 Cheers
  Giovanni
