It's a bad idea to not sign Message-ID, but that does not make a DKIM
signature invalid.
for spamassassin we could add selector blacklistning to solve thease
cases
I'm quite sure we don't want the SA project committed to running any
sort of blocklist which requires active close attention. We can't do
that competently.
