No I didn't. Please have a look at
https://packages.debian.org/bookworm/all/spamassassin/filelist where you
can clearly see, that it is included in Debian's SA package.
I can only guess that the rules were not fresh enough or OP installed
obsolete/invalid rules there.
The first thing I did was to check if the updates worked (they did)
neither did I install any rules myself.
