i remember when clamav have latest cvd files in tarball, each time when
gentoo downloaded new version of clamav it was always degrade clamav cvd
databases, so ended uo with a old files of cvd, but new installed clamav
version, how funny is this ?

later versions of clamav have now not cvd files in the source tarballs,
why should it have in the first place when all is needed after install
is a reminder of run freshclam now

does mainainers still do this with spamassassin in precompiled problems
os ?

only a single sa-update is all that is needed, and add it to crontable
as one wish

clamav db files is still bigger then clamav source code in c++ :=)

lession learned hopefully, i still not have spamassassin 4.x.x on gentoo
