USER_IN_BLACKLIST_TO and autolearn

Hi,
If I understand well the configuration, the USER_IN_BLACKLIST_TO test doesn't 
use the bayes autolearn system, am I right ?
If I am, how can I do if I want it to learn message that match this test ? 
Force the tflag in local.cf ?
I use the USER_IN_BLACKLIST_TO as a kind of honeypot so all mail received in 
mailboxes listed in it are spam and phishing emails.
If autolearn is used it will be better for future detection.
