I believe he is asking for the results of something like
spamassassin -t <bad_msg
This would require extracting one of the annoying messages from your mbox to a
separate file you can feed into SA. You can also feed SA an mbox file, but we
only want the report (which will be the last output from the command) for a
single message.
The part of interest is at the bottom of the output and will look something like
