I think that Amazon (rightfully) buckets various customers. Bigger customers tend to get their own buckets. Smaller customers, individuals like me, end up in a bucket with a bunch of other individuals. I think it's these latter buckets that have the bad reputation. The other fewer / single customer buckets are probably much better.
