Agreed. Savvas Karagiannidis did a good job. I've found his script
useful enough to have made a copy, called 'list_rules', and tweaked that
to make it a little more friendly for infrequent users by making it
display an explanatory description if it is run with the command:

list_rules -?

I'm happy to pass this version on to anybody who wants it.

Note that by default 'list_rules' shows all the rules you've installed,
including local ones, which  I, for one, find very helpful. I use the
'MG_'  prefix to distinguish local rules from the standard SA ruleset,
KAM rules etc.), so the command:

list_rules | grep '^MG_'

just lists my local rules. I assume this approach is fairly common, so
should work for anybody.
