You can't create hard links, no. You should be able to create symlinks, however (ln -s). I don't know if this will work correctly on the bayes_* files themselves; however I've successfully moved user's .spamassassin directories to deal with quota issues caused by large AWL files. > so the files need to actually > be moved.
