I had spamassassin 2 on a server with sendmail. I am building another mailserver with postfix and spamassassin 3 to replace the old. The original server was here before me so I am learning as I go with the setup. At the moment, I have postfix, qpopper, and spamassassin all working (although probably not optimally). I would like to use bays and auto learning, but am not 100% sure of how to set it up. For instance, my current local.cf file (on the old mailserver with SA 2) has abut 60 lines of whitelis_from ... should these be set up another way .. (for instance train the auto whitelist / bayes ....) ...
Any help in this area would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for the info, Peter
