Although, an outside email sent with a pdf attachment gets through ok.. hmmm... Sure would be nice to just avoid dumping the email through the sink if it is from a specific email address.

Telling it to skip emails from specific sender's would be the easiest method, I imagine. Eric you might want to make sure all the prerequisite Perl modules are installed and upto date. mailScanner has had some similar issues which where (I think, only two coffees so far this morning) caused by the MIME modules.
