SA 3.0.2 and low memory patch

Does SA 3.0.2 contain the test patch for low memory machines?  Probably not, since nothing was mentioned in the release note.  That being the case, can the existing patch be used as is for 3.0.2 or would it have to be modified for 3.0.2?
