Yes. But you need only to repeat those parts of rules you want to change. So if you want to modify the score you have only to repeat the score RCVD_IN_dnsbl_JAMM_com n.nn I would prefer to give the rule a new name, when you make changes to other parts than score and describe. This would make analysis in case of failures easier. When you refer to a default rule x everybody would assume its the original rule.
