Yes, the goal is to list the registrar domains and also to check those in SURBL applications. The wildcarded parts of subdomains are usually ignored. We did that deliberately to ignore the entropy or unique identifiers they're trying to add in random or keyed FQDNs, and to get to the invariant part of their URI domains.
