Hmmmmm.... Interesting. I'm trying to troubleshoot a similar problem of dups. Some of the members of our majordomo discussion lists have been complaining of dups. Not every message, just random which is why I've had a hard time figuring out what has changed in the system to cause this.
However, it definitely after the time of upgrade to SA-3.0x.
