I added in some custom rules into my local.cf file. They were working fine for a while. I then added a couple of more rules in and still got the spam I was trying to stop from a while back. When I went back into the maillog I noticed that none of the rules I wrote are not being hit. This also includes some of the older rules that were working.
Those rules, at casual glance, look fine. But any typo in the whole file could cause a problem.
Have you run spamassassin --lint lately? That's pretty much your first-check if you've got a problem like this. Sometimes SA's parser gets so confused by a typo it will skip the rest of the config. (a missing / at the end of a regex will cause this quite quickly)

The thing is so vague as to be worthless. Am I the intended recipient? Well.. it's in my mailbox, so I must be... And if not, well, it's in multiple public web archives now, and no disclaimer will stop that.
