Hmm, I thought it may be a MailScanner/SA/SpamCopURI compatibility issue of some kind. But then Mike Zanker gave 0.09 a try with MailScanner and had no problems.
I'm not sure if Daniel Kleinsinger of MailScanner is on this list, so I'll cc him for a heads up.
