Deleting messages doesn't make much sense. You want to quarantine them and reject as much as possible at MTA level. But deletion will always delete false positives. AFAIK user-specific settings are still in use for the SA run when you use MailScanner et.al. There's really no need to pipe it twice thru SA. (BTW: MailScanner can do two SA runs, the second is called "MCP").
