It isn't claer to me if you included the whole email or just the headers. In any case it would be better as an attachment if anyone wanted to test it, since the formatting wouldn't get messed up by line wrapping and the like. This sounds like you have a rule (possibly several) that aren't as well written as they should be, and are triggering a pathelogical case from the text of that message. They could be your local rules, SARE rules (this happened once already with a SARE rule some months ago), or possibly (although rather unlikely) even a standard release SA rule. All of the above is assuming that this one mail message really does take 600 seconds every time you try it, and not just that it happened to take 600 seconds once. Loren
