Hmmmm...
There are two possibilities that come to my mind.
(1) _AUTOLEARN_ isn't recognized by your version for some reason.
(2) The replacement mechanism is only working on the first tag for some reason.
Can you reverse the order of _HITS_ and _AUTOLEARN_ in your rewritten subject
as an experiment? Or even leave _HITS_ out altogether?
