Use CygWin to enable all the features of SpamAssassin. A pure Win32
SpamAssassin cannot do many of the test like DCC, Razor2, Pyzor, etc...

Instructions on installing SA under CygWin are hidden at:
http://www.yourtech.net/documents/cw-sa/

Then you could use the compiled SpamC.exe it generates...

You can also use WinSpamC.exe available on sourceforge.net... it is written in
C. I also have a SpamC.exe written in VB.NET for Win32.

As for +ACI-store and forward+ACI-... the best solution is not not do that...
instead, have a transparent proxy.... I did this for the last couple years.
The best product I've seen for this is http://www.sssolutions.net/ew/ Not
free, but it works with ANY mail server. It just sits in between the remote
client and your server... listening in on the SMTP conversation and allowing
you to manipulate what goes on (like virus scanning, spam checking, etc)...
very cool.

Subject: Windows and SA

We currently run SA on a linux server that is maintained by a consultant
because I am a windows server guy and know nothing about linux. It is
setup as a relay in front of our exchange box. I am looking to
configure it the same way for w2k.

I have installed SA 3.0 and pearl 5.8.4 build 810 on a windows 2000 sp4
machine. I ran the tests, everything seems to be working with SA.

My question is, what software can I use to scan and forward the mail? I
know our linux system uses mailscanner and sendmail.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank You,
