I absolutely agree. "blacklisting" doesn't do much good. The only blacklisting 
which makes sense in general is at the MTA level and then blacklist the 
servers and IP ranges, not email addresses. Sometimes it makes sense to block 
certain domains or people by email address, but again, you should then do it 
right on the MTA and not in SA. If you are so convinced that this is spam it 
doesn't make much sense to allow it on your system and waste the extra cycles 
of processing it unless you are interested in all of the spam for statistical 
or development reasons.
