Additionally, I have to add that I still have one warning when I run spamassassin --lint, and it seems to come from the standard ruleset: warning: description for EXCUSE_ES_03 is over 50 chars

(that's 51 characters of description, one over the limit)
And on top of that, it's not grammatically correct. :)
Suggested short-term fix: drop the 'n' so it makes grammatical sense and becomes short enough to not cause a warning.
I'd also suggest filing a bugzilla on it.
