The question is always, did you block any legit mail...
The question is, can the person blocked read english? I send back a nice
little message saying you have been rejected due to listing on xxxxxx.com
RBL. And to send an email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] to be taken off the list.
The question is, can they read English and are they using something other than Exchange & Outlook to send their mail?
I don't recall whether it's Outlook itself or the Outlook/Exchange combination that has an annoying habit of stripping out informative messages like "User xyz does not exist," or "So-and-so's mailbox is full," or "We blocked this message because your IP is sending us a ton of viruses and we're tired of scanning them" or "We blocked this message because you're listed as a spam sender, see http://wherever/list for more detail" and instead presenting a "friendlier" message like:
"One or more recipients failed."
It's a troubleshooter's nightmare, especially since half the time the end-user wouldn't have needed to call in if he'd been able to see the real message.
