I can not code. But I can test your plugins and then send bug-reports. And if you give me good instrutions, I may even run benchmarks.
I don't believe we have a shortage of testers. But the time available to the developers is limited and they already have lots to do. Diverting them to this means they have to drop something else. Which outstanding items listed in bugzilla should be dropped?
