Thanks for the reply. I think I figured it out already -- the complaint I had today was unrelated to spamassassin. As for one other compliant I've had, I think it has to do with the way that spamassassin changes mime headers in a message so it doesn't display pictures (the pictures weren't attached, but sent as part of HTML).
