I have SOLR 8.11.1 installed on a windows server and has been working for over a year running on port 8983 I unzip SOLR 9.7 on to the server in a separate folder I have Java JDK 21 installed I have JAVA_HOME set to JAVA_HOME=C:\Program Files\Java\jdk-21 I open a command window (also tried this as administrator) and go the folder where it's installed I execute the command: Bin\solr start -p 8984
