Thank you very much for your reply. We were trying to update the ocrhighlighting packacke from the repository https://dbmdz.github.io/solr.
It is a public package and we have followed the instructions at https://dbmdz.github.io/solr-ocrhighlighting/0.9.0/installation/. We have initially added the repo running ./bin/solr package add-repo dbmdz.github.io https://dbmdz.github.io/solr followed by ./bin/solr package install ocrhighlighting:0.8.4 As we tried to update the package with ./bin/solr package install ocrhighlighting:0.9.0 , we encountered the error below.
