He requested me to take over the ownership of the repository since his current role doesn't allow him to make FOSS contributions without due process and approvals. In the interest of the community, I have transferred the repository to https://github.com/SearchScale/dataimporthandler. Please note that DataImportHandler is no longer a first party, officially supported module/plugin/package, but it is now a community maintained, unofficial project. If you're using DIH in production, it would be valuable to have you join the maintainers and keep the project alive. Immediate call for action: upgrade DIH for Solr 9.1 and 9.2.
