That doesn't actually block you from creating the issue. It's just a warning we had put in place because people have a tendency to open an issue before finding out if what they are seeing is actually a bug or not.
I'm not sure there's anything to actually fix here. The JSON structure you've sent is invalid. Solr does try to do the best it can at interpreting it, but the way it gets interpreted is almost certainly NOT what you intended.
