Solr version? Operating system and disk type? Exact error message? Got Antivirus or other software running on the nodes? More than one solr instance per machine? Other details about your installation?
Index corruption is very rare, so mys supect is unclean shutdown, antivirus quarantine, locking issues etc. Please provide more details.
