Hi All, We are doing POC to Identify and Recommend the following requirements in SOLR.
1) Appropriate Job profile for Applicants based on the Applicant's profile 2) Appropriate Applicants for a job requirement with the help of Job description. Based on Applicant's experience, roles,responsibilities and skill set our search system has to identify the suitable Job Profiles by matching these Entities. Job description will have parameters i.e description of Roles, Responsibilities and skill set required for a Job. Based on these Entities our search system has to identify and recommend top eligible Applicants based on the Job Requirement. How can the above requirement be achieved in SOLR ?
