Dear Frank, This new option prints the message without altering the HTML content. When SOGo parses HTML emails, it adds the !important directive to the internal email CSS. The goal here is to prioritize the email’s stylesheet over the SOGo stylesheet. Unfortunately, this mechanism can sometimes break the email display. The ‘View raw message’ option opens the raw email in a new window — you can use this option if you experience rendering issues. Let me know if anything is unclear. :/ Sebastien
