After running script sql-update-2.3.0_to_2.3.24-mysql.sh everything works fine.

Unfortunately, I have not yet run the manual update. Is there a way to find out which version the database is on in order to run the missing scripts?

Did you also update the database? Usually there is an SQL file to update the database, and you usually have to run this manually.

I am guessing you did not do that.
