[SOGo] Bugs 5.9.x and higher

Hello, there is a problem with versions of sogo 5.9.x and higher, when 
disabling the mail module in ldap, according to the instructions via 
ModulesConstraints = {
Mail = {
cn = Users;
};
};
The site displays "error during the validation" and when you turn the mail 
module back on, you can replace many duplicate imap accounts in the mail 
settings
