I would also like to know a good way to mass export to a searchable PDF etc. I know that on outlook desktop with adobe standard you can mass export as a large searchable PDF, I know Thunderbird let's you save as file but note sure if that works if the cert expires. Depending on the computer OS you can use different tools for conversion so I second this.
